Jevon Montrel Sturdivant, an 18-year-old Black male, was found deceased in Knoxville, Tennessee, on February 22, 2012. A Chattanooga native, his body was discovered in an alley located in the 3400 block of Ashland Avenue near Andes Street. An autopsy confirmed that Sturdivant died from a gunshot wound.
