In the summer of 2012, the life of 28-year-old Robert Reed Jr., an African-American male from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On the morning of July 9, a worker performing renovations at the Montgomery Village apartment complex stumbled upon a grim discovery behind one of the vacant buildings.
