Karod Beasley, a 32-year-old African American male from Markham, Illinois, was tragically found shot to death on June 27, 2018, in Hazel Crest, Illinois. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on 170th Street between Wood Street and Dixie Highway. Beasley was discovered lying on the ground outside his vehicle, which also had bullet holes, indicating that the shooting might have taken place at a different location.
