Jeffrey James Morrison, a 37-year-old man from Knoxville, TN, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2016. He was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds at a home on Pickens Gap Road. Despite immediate medical attention at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident was the result of a heated altercation between neighbors.
