On a Tuesday evening in Knoxville, Tennessee, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a fatal encounter, leaving one man dead and another facing a murder charge. Jeffrey James Morrison, a 37-year-old male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds on February 23, 2016, at a residence on Pickens Gap Road in South Knox County. Despite being rushed to the U.T. Medical Center by first responders, he was pronounced dead.
