Leasa Harper Smith, a 41-year-old woman from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically passed away on December 4, 2012. She was found dead in her home by Nash County deputies, who were called to the scene by her boyfriend, David Griffin Leonard. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Leasa's body inside the house, and Leonard was standing on the porch. Leasa had been shot to death, and Leonard was subsequently charged with first-degree murder.
