In the winter of 2013, the life of 21-year-old Evvann Harris was tragically cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. On the night of December 21st, Harris was fatally shot, becoming another victim of gun violence in the city. The incident left his family and friends grappling with the sudden and violent loss of a young man described as a very sweet and kindhearted person who deeply loved his daughter.
