In February of 2014, a tragic event unfolded in the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Robert Dale. On the 11th of that month, Dale and another individual, Aaron Moore, who was 48, were fatally shot in the 3900 block of Brooksville. The incident cut short the lives of two men and left a community searching for answers.
