Jarvis Antawn Hines, a 23-year-old male from Brownsville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2014. He was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds near a residence on Young Street after police responded to a reported shooting around 10:40 p.m. Despite being transported by EMS, Hines was pronounced dead prior to arrival at the hospital.
