Death by Force

Reginald Ballard, a 21-year-old man from East Ridge, TN, was tragically killed on February 20, 2015. Ballard was shot twice at the Cascades Motel on Ringgold Road, where he was found dead in Room 48. The incident occurred during a robbery gone wrong, as Ballard resisted the robbery attempt.
