Andre Henderson, a 32-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically died on April 4, 2015. The incident occurred in West Nashville and was the result of a heated argument over a parking dispute. Henderson's neighbor, Calvin Carter, 36, became upset with the way Henderson parked his car. The argument escalated, and Carter retrieved a gun and shot Henderson in the chest as he stood on the back porch.
