Judge Oscar Bo Carr, aged 63, passed away on April 6, 2015, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was a respected member of the legal community and had recently been appointed as a Chancery Court Judge by Governor Bill Haslam in January 2015. His death was determined to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and he was found in the parking lot of the Memphis Country Club.
