In the spring of 2015, the city of Memphis was shaken by the unexpected death of Oscar 'Bo' Carr, a 63-year-old male who had recently been appointed as a Shelby County Chancellor. On the evening of Monday, April 6, 2015, Carr was discovered deceased in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Memphis Country Club.
