Toni Stevenson, a 15-year-old girl, was tragically killed on January 17, 2017, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was found in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle on the 6000 block of Thekla Avenue. Police reported that she had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses described that two masked gunmen approached her vehicle, opened fire, and then fled on foot.
