LaDarrius Gentry, a 14-year-old African American boy from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2016. He was fatally shot in the chest and back multiple times while attempting to flee from his attacker. The incident occurred at the Knollcrest apartment complex on Creekwood Drive, where LaDarrius was staying at a cousin's home.
