Alex Victor Freeman III, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chattanooga, TN, tragically died on July 5, 2016. He was the owner of his own lawn service and was well-regarded in his community. Freeman's death was a result of a gang-related shooting incident that occurred on the night of July 4, 2016.
