Louis Tate, a 28-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2016. He was found lying in the road on Lamar near Perkins with multiple gunshot wounds. The Memphis police identified him as one of three men who were fatally shot in separate homicides around that time.
