On a summer night in Antioch, Tennessee, the life of 28-year-old Billy Ray Long Jr. was tragically cut short. In the early morning hours of July 30, 2016, an altercation that began inside the Vibe nightclub spilled out into the parking lot, culminating in a fatal shooting.
