Kenneth Ray Moats, a 32-year-old male police officer with the Maryville Police Department in Tennessee, tragically died on August 25, 2016. Officer Moats was shot and killed while responding to a domestic violence call at a residence near the intersection of Kerrway Lane and Alcoa Trail.
