A twenty-year-old man, Jaylin Dixon, lost his life in a shooting that occurred in Maryville, Tennessee. The incident took place on the evening of Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Dixon was a resident of Knoxville.

That night, shots were fired into a vehicle in which Dixon was a passenger. Following the shooting, he was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his wounds the following day, on December 8, 202 ...
