Victor C. Connor, a 24-year-old African-American male, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2016, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was found lying unconscious at the intersection of 11th Avenue North and Cockrill Street shortly before 5:00 a.m. Upon arrival, emergency services pronounced him deceased at the scene due to multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots in the area around midnight, and Connor was believed to have been shot shortly before he was found.
