Robert Louis Saine, a 36-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2016, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Waffle House on White Bridge Pike. Saine had arrived at the restaurant with a female friend, and while she went inside to place an order, he waited in his car.
