Deadrick Manns, a 24-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2017. The incident occurred on the night of December 31, 2016, when Manns was inside a vehicle on Shannon Avenue near Warford. Around 9:30 p.m., multiple shots were fired into the vehicle, striking Manns.
