Frank Douglas, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 7, 2017, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred at the Chism Car Wash on E. Shelby Drive around 8:50 p.m. Frank Douglas and a witness were washing their cars when several shots were fired.
