Raphael Strong, a 29-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically died on January 30, 2017. According to Memphis Police, Strong was shot in the 1800 block of Danville around 8:30 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident marked the 19th homicide for Memphis in 2017.
