In the cool evening of a mid-November day in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 29-year-old Marquez Osby Brown was tragically cut short. On November 13, 2019, Brown, a Hispanic male, was at the Millcreek Apartments located in the Whitehaven area. It was there, at approximately 8:45 PM, that he was fatally shot.
