Death by Force

Kedrick Danner, a 25-year-old African American man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically killed on February 26, 2016. He was a father of three young children, aged 7, 6, and 4, who were present in the apartment during the incident but did not witness the shooting. Danner was shot and killed during an attempted robbery at his residence in the Hillcrest Apartments in the 4100 block of Eastwind Drive. The incident began as an attempted robbery but escalated into a deadly shooting.
