Christopher David King Jr., a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2019, in Memphis, TN. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Kimball Cabana Apartments. According to court documents and witness statements, Willie Wilson, who was 21 years old at the time, and King had an argument over money just before the shooting. Witnesses reported that Wilson called out King's name and then shot him, subsequently taking his money and phone.
