Isiah Foulks, a 28-year-old man from Memphis, TN, tragically died on May 21, 2016. He was found with a gunshot wound next to a 2016 Dodge Challenger in the 3100 block of Hickory Hill Road. He was taken to the Regional Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries.
