In the midnight hour of February 12, 2017, the life of 23-year-old Pervis Bailey, a male from Memphis, Tennessee, also known to friends as Mitch, was tragically cut short. Bailey was discovered inside his vehicle in the 1400 block of May Street in North Memphis, suffering from gunshot wounds.
