Pervis Bailey, also known as Mitch, was a 23-year-old male from Memphis, TN, who tragically died on February 12, 2017. He was found inside his car suffering from gunshot wounds in the 1400 block of May Street in North Memphis around midnight. Despite efforts to save him, Bailey succumbed to his injuries.
