James D. Welch, a 22-year-old male, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2017, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was fatally shot at the Fallbrook Apartments on Dellway Vista Drive around 8:20 p.m. After being shot, Welch was driven to Skyline Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
