On a Thursday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 22-year-old James D. Welch was tragically cut short. On May 11, 2017, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Welch was shot multiple times at the Fallbrook Apartments located on Dellway Vista Drive.
