On a Thursday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 22-year-old James D. Welch was tragically cut short. On May 11, 2017, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Welch was shot multiple times at the Fallbrook Apartments located on Dellway Vista Drive. Following the shooting, he was transported to Skyline Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
