Authorities have identified the city's latest homicide victim, a young man killed early today outside his southwest Birmingham home.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Marvin Waller, 22. West Precinct officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Jefferson Avenue at midnight on a report of someone shot.
