John Eric Cole, a 29-year-old male, tragically lost his life on what was supposed to be his first day at a new job. On November 17, 2021, at the Samuel Associated Tube Group, a manufacturing facility in Pinson, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama, Cole was shot and killed by a coworker. The incident unfolded around midnight, creating a scene of chaos and sorrow in the workplace. Authorities responding to the scene discovered Cole with multiple gunshot wounds.
