On November 23, 2021, 37-year-old Timothy Darius Biffle was fatally shot in eastern Jefferson County, Alabama. At approximately 9:30 p.m., deputies responded to reports of gunfire and screaming at an apartment complex on the 200 block of Chalkville Manor Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Biffle inside an apartment, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to UAB Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
