Reginald Bailey, 27, was gunned down in a west Birmingham neighborhood in what police and witnesses described as a dramatic "ambush." The shooting, described by police as a "calculated act of violence" happened at 11:24 a.m. on Dec. 20 in the Elyton neighborhood, one block away from Legion Field.
