In the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee, a dispute escalated to a fatal conclusion on May 26, 2017, ending the life of Dominique White. A 29-year-old woman, she was shot and killed following an argument at the Whitney Manor Apartments located on St. Charles Drive.
