In the pleasant evening of Sunday, May 28, 2017, Charles “Chucky” Norman Brown, a 53-year-old Caucasian male, was in the front yard of his home at 1921 E. Fifth Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. An otherwise peaceful day was shattered at approximately 5:15 p.m. when Brown was shot. Investigators believe he was involved in some kind of 'interaction' with another individual when the shooting occurred.
