Anthony Scott Cash Jr., a 26-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was found dead in the yard of a home on Louise Avenue in East Knoxville on August 9, 2017. He had died from a gunshot wound, and his body was discovered the morning after police responded to a shots fired call in the area. An autopsy was performed to determine the exact cause of death.
The Knoxville Police Department conducted a preliminary investigation but were unable to find any evidence or witnesses to the shooting.
