In the late summer of 2017, the life of Desmond Dale, a 36-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On September 9th, his body was discovered behind an apartment building in the Montgomery Village housing development, located in the 1100 block of Daylily Drive.

An investigation into the death quickly pointed to foul play, and authorities began to piece together the events that led to the grim discovery. Witnesses reported that Dale had been involved in an altercat ...
