Brentrice Wilson, a 16-year-old African American student at Maplewood High School, tragically died on December 31, 2017, in Madison, Tennessee. The incident occurred at the Falcon View Apartments on East Palestine Avenue. Brentrice was fatally shot by a 12-year-old girl who allegedly handled a stolen semi-automatic pistol, causing it to discharge.
