On a summer morning in Columbia, Tennessee, the life of 25-year-old Jaylen Hassan was tragically cut short. On June 20, 2018, police responded to a call at a residence on Lindsey Drive around 11:08 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Hassan with a gunshot wound to his head.
