A young man’s life was tragically cut short on a summer evening in Memphis, Tennessee, another victim in a city plagued by a wave of violence. Tremaine Farmer, a 23-year-old male, was shot and killed on August 17, 2018, marking one of six homicides to occur in a 72-hour period in the city.
