On a cold Saturday evening in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 21-year-old Cedric Birdsong Jr. was tragically cut short. On January 9, 2021, the young man was fatally shot at a Raines Mart gas station located in the 5900 block of East Raines Road in the Hickory Hill neighborhood.
