On the morning of Monday, July 10, 2017, authorities in Kansas City, Missouri, launched a homicide investigation following the discovery of a deceased male inside a vehicle. Police were dispatched just before 1:00 a.m. to the 4300 block of Blue Parkway in response to a reported traffic collision. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a wrecked vehicle that appeared to have sustained damage consistent with gunfire.
