On July 10, 2017, Thomas Jones, aged 37, was found shot to death in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers from the Kansas City Police Department responded to a call about a shooting and discovered Thomas Jones at the scene. His death contributed to the alarmingly high number of homicides in Kansas City that year, as the city struggled with a surge in violent crime. Despite investigations, no suspects have been identified, and the case remains unsolved.
