In the late summer of 2018, the community of Crossville, Tennessee, was shaken by a violent act that claimed the lives of two people. On the afternoon of September 14, 2018, police responded to a report of a shooting at the Cumberland County school bus garage. Upon arrival, they discovered a tragic scene. Joy J. Nostrom, a 58-year-old woman, was found deceased, and Mark Gunter, a 54-year-old man, was critically injured. Gunter was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Both ha ...
