Quincy Anderson, a 24-year-old male from Atoka, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2018. Anderson was found shot multiple times in a field off Tracy Road near Atoka, Shelby County. The incident occurred on the Tipton-Shelby County line, and Anderson was discovered outside a vehicle around 9:15 a.m.
