Regina Lee Morris Bryant, a 58-year-old woman from Selmer, Tennessee, tragically passed away on January 1, 2019. She was found at her residence with two gunshot wounds to her upper torso. The incident was initially investigated as a possible murder-suicide. Regina's husband, Charles Anthony Bryant, was also found deceased at the scene, with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The couple's bodies were sent for autopsy to the West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center in Memphis.
