In the quiet town of Columbia, Tennessee, a deeply disturbing event shattered the community's sense of peace on October 15, 2018. On that day, 17-year-old Kaileigh Lin Collier, a female of Asian ethnicity, was found dead in her family's home. Described as a brilliant student with a passion for music, she was an accomplished guitar player who also enjoyed the banjo and mandolin.
Her life, full of promise, was cut tragically short in an act of violence that also claimed the lives of her three younger siblings.
The discovery was made by an older, adult sibling who returned home from work to a scene of unimaginable horror. Inside the residence on Carters Creek Pike, law enforcement found the bodies of Kaileigh, her sisters Lia Lin, 15, and Meigan Lin, 14, and her brother Bo Li, 14.
