In the winter of 2019, a violent encounter in Johnson City, Tennessee, claimed the life of 31-year-old Charles Shelton. On the evening of January 16th, law enforcement responded to a call of shots fired in the Cash Hollow Road area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Shelton in a yard, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Another individual, Hailey Donald, was also injured by gunfire during the incident but survived after receiving medical treatment.
