In the winter of 2019, the life of 24-year-old Joseph Kendall Parlier was tragically cut short in Johnson City, Tennessee. A Caucasian male, Parlier was fatally shot on February 6, 2019. The incident occurred within an apartment complex, where he was discovered with a gunshot wound to his head.

The investigation into Parlier's death led authorities to 30-year-old Justin Willis. Willis was subsequently arrested and faced a charge of second-degree murder in connection with the shooting. The ...
