In the early hours of a Monday morning in Johnson City, Tennessee, a disagreement over property escalated into a fatal encounter for Joshua Caylin Alexander. The 22-year-old man had arranged to meet another individual at a gas station off Milligan Highway on June 14, 2021, to discuss personal belongings that had reportedly been taken from him.
