Joshua Caylin Alexander, a 22-year-old male from Johnson City, TN, tragically died on June 14, 2021. He was shot in the chest during an argument with Randy R. Canter, 23, over stolen property. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. at the Roadrunner Market at 607 Twin Oaks Drive. Alexander was taken to Johnson City Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
