Ricky Martez-Richmond Maddox, a 23-year-old male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically died on June 12, 2019. He was found lying on the street suffering from gunshot wounds in the downtown area of Jackson. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. when Jackson police arrived at the scene on North Liberty Street. Ricky was pronounced dead at the scene.
