In the summer of 2019, the life of 23-year-old Ricky Martez-Richmond Maddox, a male resident of Jackson, Tennessee, was cut short in an act of violence that continues to await resolution. On the late evening of June 12th, the Jackson Police Department was alerted to gunfire in the vicinity of North Liberty Street. Responding officers discovered Maddox outside his residence, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was swiftly transported to a local hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries. ...
